PAYMENT OPTIONS

Customer service representatives confirm all sales transactions over the phone. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer shipping across Canada via Purolator Ground for a flat rate of $10.00 + applicable taxes. Addresses to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut will require additional shipping costs at a flat rate of $30.00 +applicable taxes. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment if received before 1pm EST, Monday to Friday. Upon completion of your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Packages are registered with tracking numbers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated on a per order basis. Parcels are sent by Canada Post, unless special requests are made. Any taxes, duties, levies and VATs incurred at customs are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment if received before 1pm EST, Monday to Friday. Upon completion of your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Packages are registered with tracking numbers. Exchanges are only within 7 days upon receipt and are based upon the nature of the concern and unique reason for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping charges (to and back) on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

SIZING

Please see our size chart under ‘Guides’ for a detailed description of sizing. These measurements have been provided by the manufacturers themselves and are a very accurate representation of the dimensions of the garments. Additionally, due to the more forgiving nature of the coats, instances of a wrong size are minimized.

This guarantees that information you provide while placing your order cannot be intercepted online and that your order is fulfilled individually with our customer service team.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to provide clear, accurate, and detailed descriptions of the products on Downtown Down so that you are able to shop with confidence. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an item, please contact us prior to placing an order, as all sales are final.

Items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days upon receipt and are based upon the nature of the concern and unique reason for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items must be sent freight prepaid, pre-approved and marked clearly with a valid Return Authorization number or will not be accepted.
